If you enjoy connecting numbers to real business impact, this role offers broad exposure across financial planning, sales performance, and stock optimization, with visibility across multiple functions.

What You'll Do

In this hybrid FP&A and inventory analytics role, you will support the business across three key pillars:

1. Financial Planning & Business Performance

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Analyze monthly performance with variance insights
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and KPI reports
• Contribute to business review decks and leadership reporting

You will be the analytical voice that explains the why behind the numbers.

2. Sales, Traffic & Commercial Insights

• Track airport traffic and passenger trends
• Analyze Sales Per Pax (SPP) and category performance
• Monitor KPIs that guide commercial strategies

Your insights will help commercial teams make faster, more informed decisions.

3. Inventory Planning & Stock Optimization

• Plan replenishment based on demand and sell-through
• Prioritize store allocations
• Balance stock across stores and warehouse
• Identify consolidation and markdown opportunities

Your work will directly support sales growth and inventory health.

What You Bring

• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Supply Chain
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, sales or inventory analysis, or similar roles
• Strong Excel and analytical capabilities
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
