You will drive the full-cycle recruitment of elite engineering talent for a cutting-edge autonomous vehicle startup. Partnering with hiring managers, you’ll source and hire specialists in machine learning, robotics, and perception. This six-month contract offers a unique opportunity to build the core team and infrastructure for a company revolutionizing the freight industry.

What You Will Do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter to initial screenings, interview coordination, and offer closing.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define technical requirements and hiring priorities for specialized roles in AI, robotics, and infrastructure.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through professional networks, university outreach, and employer-branding initiatives to ensure long-term hiring success.

The ideal candidate

• Has 1–3 years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within a high-growth startup or a specialized agency environment.
• Possesses a solid understanding of deep-tech domains such as machine learning, perception, autonomous driving, or robotics engineering.
• Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and the adaptability to navigate a fast-moving environment where priorities and headcount needs evolve quickly.
