Role Description

The Sales Manager role at Foodtalks Pte Ltd is a full-time position based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities within the food and beverage market.

Daily tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support customer needs. The role involves leading and mentoring the sales team, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Sales Manager will also identify market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and support initiatives to enhance brand presence and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales management, account management, or business development, ideally within the food and beverage or related industries.
• Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Ability to analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and use insights to drive decision-making and improve performance.
• Experience leading teams, coaching sales professionals, and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup, with strong self-management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in common office and CRM software tools; familiarity with sales reporting and pipeline management systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the Singapore F&B landscape and local market regulations is beneficial.
