Sales Manager (Direct Sales)

What We're Looking For

We're after a proven telesales manager with an entrepreneurial streak. Someone who knows how to lead from the front, drive results, and inspire those around them. You should have experience managing a sales floor of 10+ agents, consistently delivering multi 6-7 figure monthly revenue.

Your Mission

• Lead & Deliver: Manage and grow a team of 8 high-performing Sales Consultants, ensuring targets are hit consistently.
• Drive Daily Performance: Run high-energy morning meetings to motivate and focus the team, with a strategy for each day.
• Optimise Every Call: Monitor sales calls daily to identify coaching opportunities and unlock even better results.
• Report with Insight: Analyse team metrics and performance trends, delivering clear and actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Set the Standard: Create a fast-paced, results-driven culture where hitting goals is the baseline and smashing them is the expectation.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of telesales management experience
• A proven track record of scaling sales performance and growing revenue
• The ability to coach, inspire, and lead from the front
• A natural rapport builder with a keen eye for performance gaps and improvements
