Programme Manager, Scale Up

Does supporting deep tech and engineering entrepreneurs from across the UK motivate you? If so, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking for a Programme Manager to join our scaleup team within the Enterprise Directorate and help deliver the Shott Scale Up Accelerator, our flagship ScaleUp Institute-endorsed programme.

The programme supports founders and senior leaders to build the leadership skills, networks and capabilities they need to scale deep tech companies successfully.

In this outward-facing role, you will help ensure high-quality delivery of the accelerator while supporting participating scaleups, engaging stakeholders and contributors, and contributing to evidence-led improvements.

Working closely with the Senior Programme Manager and another Programme Manager, you will combine programme operations, day-to-day delivery, awardee support and ecosystem engagement to help ambitious engineering ventures access the expertise, networks and resources they need to grow.

Our location

Our light, spacious head office is based in a fantastic location in central London with views over St James’s Park and close to the West End. We operate hybrid, flexible working practices with a baseline for office based working of a mandatory weekly team day plus further days each week as required for the role and the Academy.
