About Beauty Chain Manufacturing
Beauty Chain Manufacturing (BCM) is building a new kind of beauty manufacturing partner—combining deep industry expertise, advanced formulation and manufacturing capabilities, and a fresh approach to how beauty products are developed and brought to market.
With a purpose-built manufacturing facility in Reno, Nevada, BCM partners with beauty brands across formulation development, scale-up, manufacturing, packaging development, and commercialization.
We believe beauty manufacturing is ready for a fresh approach.
BCM is seeking a Dallas-based Director of Marketing to help define and build the BCM brand as we enter our next stage of growth.
Reporting directly to the Founder, this is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who can think strategically while also executing. The Director of Marketing will own how BCM presents itself to the market—from brand positioning and digital presence to trade shows, sales materials, PR, content, and customer-facing communications.
The position will begin remotely but will transition to an in-office role in Dallas in the near future. Candidates must be based in the Dallas area or willing to relocate.
The right candidate understands how to turn complex capabilities into a simple, compelling story that resonates with beauty brands and decision-makers.
Brand & Positioning
● Own and evolve BCM’s brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
● Build a differentiated story around BCM’s approach to innovation, speed, flexibility, manufacturing, and commercialization.
● Ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint.
Content & Digital
● Lead BCM’s website, social media, email marketing, and digital content strategy.
● Develop compelling content highlighting innovation, formulation expertise, manufacturing capabilities, customer solutions, and industry insights.
Sales Enablement
● Partner closely with sales and business development to create presentations, capability decks, case studies, category materials, samples, and other customer-facing tools.
● Develop customized materials for strategic prospects and customer presentations.
● Translate BCM’s technical capabilities into clear commercial advantages for brands.
Trade Shows & Events
● Lead BCM’s presence at key beauty industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
● Own booth strategy, messaging, collateral, product presentation, pre-show promotion, and post-show follow-up campaigns.
● Create experiences that differentiate BCM from traditional contract manufacturers.
PR & Industry Visibility
● Work with the Founder and external partners to develop BCM’s PR and communications strategy.
● Identify opportunities for thought leadership, speaking engagements, industry coverage, awards, and partnerships.
● Position BCM and its leadership as forward-thinking voices in beauty manufacturing and innovation.
Innovation Marketing
● Work closely with Product Development, R&D, and Sales to identify emerging beauty trends and translate BCM innovation into marketable concepts.
● Develop compelling stories around new formulations, technologies, textures, formats, ingredients, and manufacturing capabilities.
● Help connect what consumers are looking for, what brands need, and what BCM develops.
What We’re Looking For
● 7–10+ years of marketing experience, ideally within beauty, personal care, consumer products, packaging, manufacturing, or a related industry.
● Must be Dallas-based or willing to relocate to Dallas.
● Strong understanding of the beauty industry and how brands develop and commercialize products.
● Exceptional brand storytelling and written communication skills.
● Experience building premium B2B marketing materials and presentations.
● Strong digital, social, content, and event marketing capabilities.
● Comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
● Able to move quickly between strategy and execution.
● Entrepreneurial, resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable building in a fast-growing environment.
● Strong creative instincts with an appreciation for elevated design and brand presentation.
You are a builder, not a caretaker.
You are energized by the opportunity to take an emerging company and help define how the industry sees it. You understand beauty, have strong creative instincts, and know how to turn innovation and technical capabilities into stories that generate interest and open doors.
You are equally comfortable developing a marketing strategy, directing a creative agency, preparing for a major trade show, creating a customer presentation, or working with R&D to determine how a new formulation should be introduced to the market.
Most importantly, you want to help build a company that is challenging the traditional beauty manufacturing model.
