Finance & Credit Specialist (National Talent)

Support the Dubai SME sector with Financial Advisory and Credit Enablement aimed at enhancing financial readiness, improving creditworthiness, and facilitating access to financing opportunities for SME's. Responsible for conducting financial assessments, providing specialized financial guidance to SMEs, supporting the development of financial readiness resources, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective advisory services aligned with approved programmes and objectives.

Provide financial advisory support to SME's on financial planning, cash-flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance improvement.

Assess SME financing readiness and provide guidance on improving business bankability and meeting lender requirements.

Review SME financial statements, business plans, financial models, and supporting documentation to identify gaps and recommend improvements.

Support SME's in preparing accurate and complete financial information required for engagement with banks, investors, and financing partners.

Provide guidance to entrepreneurs on financing options, funding instruments, credit assessment criteria, and documentation expectations.

Support the delivery of financial literacy sessions, workshops, and advisory clinics covering financial management, funding readiness, and business sustainability.

Contribute to developing strategic partnerships with banks and FI’s to expand financing opportunities for SME's.

Only candidates with relevant experience in financial/credit analysis, SME development, investment advisory, cash flow analysis, and financial modelling will be considered.
