We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile submarine hardware programme within our Defence business. Working at the forefront of engineering innovation, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for designing, developing and qualifying the next generation of submarine hardware capability.
This is a highly visible leadership role offering the opportunity to shape programme success, influence key stakeholders and make a meaningful contribution to UK defence and national security.

As a Senior Project Manager, You WillLead the successful delivery of complex hardware design and qualification projects against agreed cost, schedule and performance baselines.
Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and delivery partners.
Manage project priorities and resolve issues and conflicts to ensure programme objectives are achieved.
Maintain accurate financial forecasts, resource plans and programme reporting.
Provide regular updates on project performance, risks, opportunities and progress to senior stakeholders.
