Delivery Manager, Adobe Target

As a Consulting Delivery Manager on the Customer Journey Management Consulting team within the Adobe Customer Solutions organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of delivery consultants and for ensuring quality professional services delivery in consulting engagements. Lead, recruit, and mentor, a team of Adobe Consultants and thus ensure customer success through quality in consulting delivery.

Drive continuous improvement of consulting delivery processes, standards, and practices, driving customer excellence. Run client issues by guiding and coaching the team to ensure proper communication, vitality, prioritization, and ownership throughout the experience. Meet and exceed targets around: customer satisfaction, billable utilization, consulting revenue, and margin as well as driving operational excellence.

Lead and inspire a team with positivity and optimism, creating a culture of high expectations, innovation, and achievement.
