Lead Digital Product Owner - Small Business Digital

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Digital Product Owner to join Wells Fargo’s Small Business Digital team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, responsible for leading the development of digital products that drive strategic and operational objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, as well as 5+ years of experience in product management, UX/UI design, and/or software development. The candidate should also have a proven track record of developing and launching digital products, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

Experience with Agile methodologies and related tools is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for digital product development, are essential for this role. A collaborative, customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are also key. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to have a real impact on the success of our Small Business Digital team.
