Marketing Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator who enjoys bringing structure to busy marketing teams and making sure the details don’t fall through the cracks.

This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, curious, comfortable working across different teams, and likes figuring out how things can work better. You’ll help keep marketing campaigns, systems, data, and day-to-day processes running smoothly while supporting the people behind them.

You don’t need to know everything on day one. What matters most is that you’re willing to learn, ask good questions, take ownership of your work, and care about getting things right.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects from planning through completion.
• Keep marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign details organized and up to date.
• Support email marketing, CRM, lead management, and other marketing technology platforms.
• Help maintain clean and accurate customer and prospect data.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to make sure leads are tracked, followed up on, and routed properly.
• Assist with campaign setup, testing, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Pull together regular marketing reports and help turn data into useful insights.
• Identify gaps or repetitive processes and suggest simple ways to improve them.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when needed.
• Document processes so the team knows what needs to happen and how to get it done.
• Take on the occasional unexpected project—because marketing rarely goes exactly according to plan.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and marketing technology.
• Clear and thoughtful communication skills.
• A practical, problem-solving mindset.
• Someone who follows through and can be trusted to own their responsibilities.
• A willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform is helpful, but not required.
