Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ. This intern supports daily sales and marketing activities, including assisting with outreach campaigns, helping manage customer inquiries, and contributing to promotional materials and social media content.

The role involves collaborating with the sales team on lead generation, tracking and reporting basic metrics, and participating in training sessions to better understand Synergy Health 360’s services and patient care model.

The intern will also support local community events, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and work closely with clinical and administrative teams to align messaging with the company’s brand and values.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, partners, and colleagues.
• Interest and foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management, including comfort with outreach, lead follow-up, and basic sales tracking.
• Ability to participate in and support Training activities, learning quickly and applying feedback in a fast-paced clinical and marketing environment.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms; familiarity with digital tools such as CRM systems and office productivity software is beneficial.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks on-site with minimal supervision.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare or wellness environments and commitment to inclusive, patient-centered service.
