About Talent AcquisitionRecruiting at Rivia is a hands-on, full-cycle function. As we scale toward 35 people by end of 2026, this role owns the hiring engine end to end and runs it through active outbound sourcing.

The Role

As a Senior Talent Partner at Rivia, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, owning the full recruiting process from first outreach to offer acceptance. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies that bring in the best candidates, drawing on active outbound sourcing and AI tools to move fast.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about connecting people with opportunities and who thrives on proactively going out and finding them, rather than waiting for inbound applications. You'll be reporting to our Head of People.

Working Model: This role is based on-site in our Zürich office.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition:
• Manage recruitment processes, from developing a strong pipeline of potential candidates to supporting management in making hiring decisions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs that align with Rivia's goals and culture
• Own the full recruiting engine end to end, from pipeline generation through offer acceptance, using AI and automation tools as a standard part of sourcing, outreach, and workflow
• Onboarding:
• Work with hiring managers to ensure a clean handoff from offer acceptance through Day 1What Excites us4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally having grown from sourcer to recruiter to senior recruiter
• Recruiting experience in tech, built primarily on active outbound sourcing rather than inbound applicant flow
• Hands-on, active use of AI tools in sourcing and recruiting operations (AI-assisted candidate sourcing, LLM-drafted outreach and job ads, ATS/workflow automation)
• Proven track record of attracting and hiring top talent in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and colleagues
• A track record of keeping outreach volume high through hard searches, staying steady under pressure without losing pace
