About the role

HF Home is a concierge home maintenance and repair company serving homeowners and property managers in affluent residential markets. Most of our clients own high-value homes they live in only part of the year, so relationships are built and business is won over the phone, by email, and through smart marketing.

We're hiring a Sales and Marketing Manager to grow our pipeline and our brand — no sales experience required. If you're early in your career, eager to learn, and great with people, we'll teach you the rest. You'll report directly to the CEO.

What you'll do

• Work every lead, quote, and referral with timely, professional phone and email follow-up
• Build relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, realtors, property managers, and HOA boards across our markets
• Run our marketing — social content, email campaigns, and local visibility that keep HF Home top of mind
• Keep the CRM current so nothing falls through the cracks
• Report pipeline and marketing results directly to the CEO

What we're looking for

• 0–2 years of work experience — recent graduates and career changers welcome; we'll train you
• A natural communicator, confident and polished on the phone and in writing
• Organized and relentless about follow-up — you don't let things slip
• Interest in building a career in sales and marketing
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus a commission program that rewards performance, with real room to grow as you do.
