We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our IT Infrastructure, Cloud and Service Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for project planning and reporting, risk mitigation and stakeholder communication while fostering a collaborative and inclusive project team environment.
Projects will include hardware upgrades, software upgrades, SaaS integrations and will span technology domains such as Data Centre Hosting (local, cloud), Networking, Storage / Compute, Service Management and Vendor Management.

Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement, and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationIdentify and manage Stakeholder expectationsFacilitate regular project team meetings, including meeting minutes, decisions, action items, etc.
Your base pay will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and education. In addition to your salary, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award tied to business performance, plus a wide range of competitive benefits.
