• MOGEL is partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS organization seeking a driven Account Executive to join its growing sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who is ready to take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through product demonstrations, negotiation, and close. You'll work with business leaders across North America and Canada, build your own pipeline, and help organizations leverage innovative technology to generate better sales opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Own the full B2B sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification through closing new business Build and manage your own pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and cold calling Engage with business owners, executives, directors, and other key decision-makers across North America and Canada Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and identify opportunities for business growth Deliver compelling product demonstrations that connect technology solutions to customer business objectives Manage opportunities through the sales process and consistently work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual targets Develop strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the buying journey Maintain accurate pipeline activity and follow established sales processes Participate in ongoing sales coaching and training to continuously improve your skills Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from new sale through renewal Consistently identify opportunities to expand your pipeline and increase revenue

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of B2B full-cycle sales experience, or at least 1 year of B2B outbound/cold-calling experience Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals Strong prospecting and business development skills Confidence speaking with directors, executives, and C-level decision-makers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented Strong work ethic with a demonstrated history of achievement Coachable mindset and genuine desire to learn, grow, and advance Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative sales environment What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
