Global Fragrance Brand Marketing Manager

We’re partnering with a leading global player in the beauty & fragrance space to hire a Senior Manager, Fragrance Marketing—a high-impact role at the intersection of brand strategy, product development, and commercial execution.

This is a brand builder position for someone who thrives in complexity: managing global go-to-market strategies, working across licensing environments, and aligning multiple stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Trade, PR, Digital) to deliver best-in-class 360° activations.

What you’ll own

• Lead global go-to-market strategy and 360° campaign execution across lifestyle fragrance brands
• Drive product strategy, pricing, and portfolio optimization (SKU rationalization)
• Partner closely with Sales & Trade to deliver retailer-facing narratives and high-impact launches
• Own global merchandising guidelines and brand image execution across channels
• Lead business reviews, launch performance analysis, and best practice sharing globally
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Planning, PR, and Digital teams

What we’re looking for

• 7–10 years in fragrance, beauty, or fashion marketing
• Strong track record in global brand building and product launches
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in fast-paced environments
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems (including licensors)
• Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen
• Leadership mindset with the ability to influence and align teams
• Exposure to EMEA markets is a plus | French is a plus
