Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding: Manage the new hire process, background checks, and I-9 verification for all retail store associates.
• Compliance: Maintain digital employee files and ensure adherence to local labor laws, scheduling regulations, and wage guidelines.
• Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for store managers and associates regarding payroll, benefits, and policy questions.
• HRIS Management: Update employee data, status changes, and promotions in our HR systems.
• Offboarding: Coordinate the exit process and documentation for departing team members.

Qualifications * 1–2 years of HR experience, ideally in a retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environment.

• Strong knowledge of hourly workforce dynamics and multi-unit retail operations.
• Exceptional organization skills with the ability to prioritize urgent store needs.
• Proficiency with Winteam and APD platforms
