Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

IDR is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a remote opportunity. This role is within a dynamic technology-focused organization that values strategic talent sourcing and high-quality hiring outcomes.

Position Overview for the Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist:

Owns full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates with a strong sense of urgency.

Acts as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-quality and seamless candidate experience from outreach to offer acceptance.

Builds and maintains strong relationships with hiring managers, talent partners, and leadership to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals.

Develops and executes proactive recruiting plans to build diverse candidate pipelines.

Utilizes advanced sourcing tools and ATS platforms to manage multiple requisitions efficiently and effectively.

• Requirements for the Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist:3+ years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
• Experience cold calling and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
