Job Title: Operations Manager – Legal Services

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15219

Pay Rate: $32.00/hr

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (must be flexible) location is open 7:30 am - 6 pm.

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a 3-person onsite team.
• Serve as the primary onsite operational leader for the assigned location.
• Act as the operational right-hand and designated successor to the Senior Services Operations Manager.
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure services are delivered efficiently and consistently.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance expectations.
• Support operational needs across the broader 13-location account as required.
• Step in to support the Senior Services Operations Manager and assume additional responsibilities when needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, office services, facilities, workplace, or managed services.
• Experience managing teams, service delivery, and daily operational workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Working in an SLA-driven environment, including KPIs, metrics, reporting, and escalations.
• Supporting multiple locations, remote teams, or geographically dispersed employees.
• High-volume business support services such as digital mail, scanning, print production, records management, or mail services.
• Experience preparing operational reports, monthly metrics, and business reviews.
