Supply Chain Manager

As an Supply Chain Manager (Chemical & Lubricant Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties: Lead and manage a team of Supply Planners, providing guidance and direction to ensure effective supply planning and operational execution.

Oversee the end-to-end supply planning cycle, including demand forecasting, order fulfilment, inventory management, and supply availability to maintain optimal stock levels.

Work closely with contract manufacturers at management level to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely production and supply operations.

Manage and coordinate relationships with vendors, freight forwarders, logistics partners, and other service providers to ensure seamless business operations and delivery performance.

Prepare and present regular management reports covering operations, inventory, sales, supply performance, and other key business KPIs.

Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and improve overall supply chain performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 10 years working experience, with 5 years of relevant management experience in industrial lubricant, chemicals or other bulk industrial materials industry.
