IT Product & Project Manager

We are looking for an IT Product & Project Manager to plan and implement IT and AI-driven projects aimed at optimizing our e-commerce platform systems, including websites, orders and vendor management, and overall backend system enhancement.

You will be responsible for managing the entire project life cycle, establishing goals, monitoring, and ensuring success execution. This role also serves as a crucial bridge between the IT team and other departments, driving AI-powered automation solutions, improving operational efficiency, and delivering new IT solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the IT team and other departments to collect requirements for technical solutions.
• Conduct research on the backend management system and E-commerce webstore requirements. Understand and identify business needs by working with operations, marketing, logistic management, and customer service departments to identify issue points and propose improvements.
• Lead and execute IT projects, optimizing system designs and business processes. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, including UAT testing and preparation for project launch.
• Analyze current IT processes and recommend system improvements, and possible AI-driven solutions to enhance automation, efficiency, and system intelligence.
• Ensure the implementation of the new IT software products and the seamless connectivity with third-party tools (Payment Gateways, ERP, Shipping providers, etc.)
• Design and execute IT projects to improve systems and operations
• Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and optimize implementation strategies.

Who we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of IT project and program experience.
• Experience in API and system integrations and E-commerce system backend analysis and solution design are required. Experience in ERP/CRM system management is a plus.
• Ability to conduct technical research, evaluating and optimizing existing solutions or introducing new technologies, like AI-powered application tools.
• Knowledge and Experience in E-Marketplace (eBay/Amazon) practice is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strong organizational and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
