Project Manager – Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience to manage and deliver digital and content management projects.

The role will be responsible for project planning, coordination, stakeholder management, risk management and delivery of AEM initiatives. You will work closely with business users, developers, QA teams and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered according to requirements, timelines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AEM projects from planning through implementation and delivery.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate project activities across business, development, QA and other technical teams.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure they are incorporated into project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, issues and dependencies and coordinate appropriate mitigation actions.
• Manage project scope and ensure deliverables remain aligned with agreed requirements.
• Coordinate AEM implementation, configuration and deployment activities.
• Support AEM content management processes, workflows and integration requirements.
• Coordinate testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and follow up on issue resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are tracked to completion.
• Coordinate user training, documentation and knowledge transfer where required.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation and transition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 3 to 5 years of project management experience, preferably within digital, web or content management projects.
• Hands-on experience or strong working exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience with AEM implementation, configuration or administration would be highly advantageous.
• Good understanding of CMS platforms, digital workflows and web content management.
• Experience working with business users, developers and QA teams.
• Experience coordinating UAT and resolving project delivery issues.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and documentation capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and MS Project or similar project management tools.
• Experience with AEM 6.x, AEM Sites, Assets or Forms would be an advantage.
