Within this dynamic environment, the role of Senior Product Manager, Creator Products, is pivotal. This position is responsible for owning and supporting one or more of Audible's creator products, with a particular focus on ACX. The Senior Product Manager will be a visionary and entrepreneurial product leader who drives the development, launch, and continuous improvement of products targeted at creators.
This role demands a data-driven approach to defining impactful KPIs, solving complex problems, and steering product teams through uncertainty with confidence. As a natural collaborator and influencer, the individual will align multidisciplinary stakeholders, communicate clearly across functions, and ensure that initiatives reflect the needs of Audible’s creators and customers.
The Senior Product Manager will leverage lean development techniques such as experimentation, rapid prototyping, and iterative development to inform strategic product decisions. They will be responsible for owning a clear product roadmap and balancing big-picture innovations with incremental improvements aimed at enhancing user experience.
Critical responsibilities include managing cross-team dependencies, unblocking obstacles, and proactively sharing product insights and metrics to demonstrate customer and business impact. Moreover, this individual will help shape the long-term vision and strategy for Audible’s Creator Products, exploring new opportunities across content creation, growth, and monetization.
Staying abreast of industry trends and technology advancements is key to delivering innovative solutions that address evolving creator needs on a global scale.
This role is based in Culver City, California, with an annual salary range of $151,200 to $204,600 USD, complemented by comprehensive benefits like sign-on payments, restricted stock units, health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
