Job Title : ServiceNow Solution/Business Analyst

Location : Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Duration : 6+ Months

Interview :Onsite Interview required

The ideal candidate should be able to

• Work with CSDM and CMDB to structure and maintain accurate application, service, configuration, and dependency data.
• Understand ITSM processes and major ServiceNow workflows, but the focus is broader than simply building workflows or handling tickets.
• Have experience with ServiceNow integration patterns and APIs, connecting ServiceNow with platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, HR systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Analyze how data moves between systems, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and help design solutions that improve data quality, automation, and visibility.
• Work with architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical ServiceNow solutions.
• Ideally have experience with ServiceNow implementation or transformation projects, including CMDB structuring, CSDM adoption, integrations, and platform optimization.

In short: The manager wants someone more than a ServiceNow developer or workflow builder. They need a ServiceNow techno-functional BA/consultant who understands CSDM + CMDB + ITSM + integrations, can work across enterprise systems, and can bridge the gap between business requirements, technical architecture, and ServiceNow implementation.
