RoleThe Customer Leads Analystm, based in the Switzerland Corporate Office drives Aman’s customer segmentation and data-led lead generation across all lines of business. This role leverages analytics, segmentation, and data modeling to identify, qualify, and optimize high-potential leads across Aman’s portfolio.

This role partners closely with Residential Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Data Platforms to manage prospect flows, CRM profile management, evaluate conversion performance, and build predictive scoring models that improve acquisition and targeting efficiency, and delivers rich data sets to respective LOBs for downstream activation.

Critically, it also researches, sources, evaluates, and integrates new external sources of data, including real estate, demographic, and wealth data sets to enrich lead intelligence and support global customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize SQL queries to prepare, transform, and analyze guest data from multiple sources to answer population and segment questions from Residential Sales & Marketing
• Automate and scale reporting outputs to enable faster, insight-led decision-making
• Execute Aman’s data-driven lead generation and scoring strategy for Residential properties
• Identify high-value prospect segments through data modeling, clustering, and behavioral analysis
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to track lead quality, pipeline progression, and conversion performance
• Research candidate data sets for acquisition, including broker lists, property databases, wealth intelligence platforms, and demographic data and work to obtain, ingest, and optimize those data sets to enrich existing internal CRM data and to identify new potential audiences
• Drive integration and optimization of internal CRM data and external data sources, ensuring leads are categorized, scored, and prioritized effectively
• Partner with Residential Marketing to align inbound and digital campaign efforts with qualified lead generation goals
• Continuously analyze conversion trends and recommend improvements to lead nurturing and sales qualification processes
• Review analytical outputs are accurate, repeatable, and aligned with business objectives
• Contribute to data governance initiatives, ensuring adherence to privacy standards and that all data sets are appropriately sourced and tracked

Requirements

• 2–5 years in data analytics, BI, or data science roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• Advanced SQL skills for data transformation, analysis, and validation; familiarity with predictive modeling (Python, R) a plus
• Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated expertise in customer segmentation, retention analysis, and LTV modeling
• Experience sourcing, integrating, and enriching internal datasets with external data sources (e.g., Knight Frank, Wealth-X, Savills, demographic or investment datasets)
• Prior experience in pipeline analysis, conversion funnel reporting, or sales performance tracking
