Administrative and Accounts Executive

JOB VACANCY: ADMINISTRATIVE & ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: S$2,500–S$3,000 per month

Location: Singapore, Braddell walking Distant to MRT

Key Responsibilities

Handle general administrative duties, filing and document management

Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders and delivery orders

Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records

Record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices

Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly account closing

Process payroll, CPF contributions and employee claims

Maintain staff attendance and leave records

Assist with GST submissions and liaise with the external accountant or auditor

Provide administrative support to management

Perform other duties assigned by the company

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant administrative or bookkeeping experience

Certificate, diploma or equivalent qualification in accounting, business administrationor a related field

Familiar with QuickBooks, MYOB and Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF and basic accounting procedures

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Organised, responsible and attentive to detail

Good written and spoken English

Available to commence work within a reasonable notice period
