Job Description: Mid-Market Sales Account Executive (B2B SaaS / Fintech)

Duties

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to mid-market companies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our SaaS and Fintech solutions to prospective clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to foster customer loyalty and identify upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and enhance brand awareness in the mid-market segment.
• Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze pipeline performance.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills

• Proven experience in B2B software or technology sales with a focus on enterprise selling in a corporate environment.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with business development expertise to close high-value deals effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for client relationship management, presenting complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
