Account Executive | Remote Opportunity!

Position: Account Executive

Location: 100% Remote - Must be located in the EST time zone

Pay: Base + Commission structure

Type: Full-time

We're looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our team in a hybrid role that blends new business development with ongoing client relationship management. In this role, you will proactively prospect ecommerce, retail, and fulfillment operators who need a better way to hire and retain frontline warehouse talent, while also managing and growing an existing book of business.

This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in the workforce technology space, understands the operational pressure ecommerce and fulfillment leaders face, and is excited to help operators fix it with Array HQ's agentic recruiting and performance platform.

What You’ll Do

• New Business Development (Outbound Prospecting)
• Identify and target ecommerce, retail, and fulfillment/3PL operators who can benefit from faster, cheaper hiring and stronger frontline retention
• Build, qualify, and nurture a pipeline of prospects through research, outreach, and follow-up
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover hiring velocity gaps, turnover cost, peak-season staffing risk, and floor productivity pain
• Support prospects through the full sales cycle, from first outreach to signed agreement

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through closing, with a proven track record of winning new business
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and managing multiple client accounts
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to translate operational hiring and retention challenges into a clear Array HQ solution
• Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
