Job Title: Account Executive (JT-1041)

Location: Clementi

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9.30am to 6.30pm, Sat, 9.30am to 1.30pm

Basic Salary: up to $4300

Job Description

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Coordinate with external auditors for smooth completion of interim and year-end audits.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and accurately record daily collections in AutoCount.
• Handle customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Verify and process vendor invoices, payments, claims, and petty cash.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
• Process and submit CPF contributions accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge of GST and local tax regulations
