Guest Service Agent All Rounder (Full Time)

We currently have an opportunity for Front Office Superstar to join our fun and highly performing Front Office team as Full-Time Guest Service Agent All Rounder . As a Guest Service Agent All Rounder, your mission is to ensure our guests enjoy their stay with us by providing warm, responsive and luxury service.

Duties include but not limited to

• Welcoming guests to the hotel whilst providing prompt, courteous and efficient check-in and check-out.
• Assisting guests with requests and creating memorable experiences.
• Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of guest amenities and ensuring the security of our guests and their possessions.
• Assisting in-house and external guests via telephone calls and email enquiries.
• Daily liaison with inter-departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping for guest movements, requests and activities.
• Meeting and exceeding guest expectations and confident handling of customer complaints in an efficient and proactive manner.

This role falls under HIGA Level 3, with the following rates: Monday to Friday $27.97, Saturday $34.96 and Sunday $41.96.

• Previous experience with Opera or Opera Cloud is favourable.
