What are we expecting from you? Act as the UAE liaison for Client Experience & Treatment, ensuring consistent deployment of regional strategies and Maison standards. Coordinate and execute client experience and omnichannel initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Drive client engagement through tailored treatment actions, VIP experiences, and local partnerships.

Oversee gifting programs and client tools, ensuring effective targeting, distribution, and tracking. Monitor budgets and operations, including expense tracking, purchase orders, and process coordination.
