We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Front Desk & Business Development Executive to join our growing Dermatology & Dental Clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations

• Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and care.
• Manage appointments, registrations, and patient records.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails.
• Coordinate with doctors to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Process billing and maintain accurate front desk documentation.

Business Development

• Convert patient inquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Follow up with leads generated through social media and marketing campaigns.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and referral partners.
• Promote the clinic's dermatology and dental services.
• Assist in organizing promotional activities and community outreach events.
• Achieve monthly patient acquisition and business development targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, sales, or business development role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a healthcare, dermatology, or dental clinic is preferred.
• Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
