About the Role

The Tele Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with clients over the phone. This position requires a proactive approach to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
• Manage and maintain customer relationships through effective communication.
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Document customer interactions and update CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must have Tele Sales Experience
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
