Role Description

The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role supports day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and organizing files and documents. The Administrative Assistant will handle phone calls, greet visitors, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflow.

Additional responsibilities include preparing basic reports, assisting with data entry, providing administrative support to executives when needed, and helping maintain a professional and efficient office environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage daily office tasks, documentation, and scheduling.
• Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls, respond to inquiries, and interact professionally with stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities to support senior staff with calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-up actions.
• Candidates should have proficiency in basic office software (such as MS Office or similar tools) and accurate data entry skills.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
• Candidates should be able to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
