Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and workflow
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock records accurately
• Receive, inspect, and dispatch goods and shipments
• Ensure proper storage and organization of warehouse items
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and logistics teams
• Prepare shipment documentation and reports
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse
• Assist in resolving operational delays or discrepancies

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to handle warehouse tasks when required

Work Schedule

• Schedule: Full-time, 5–6 days per week
• Location: On-site in Baladiyat Ad Dawhah, Doha, Qatar
