- We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-driven Leisure Operations Coordinator to join our team in Tokyo.
- This role is essential in ensuring that all services are delivered smoothly, professionally, and in line with our quality standards—exceeding client expectations at every stage of the journey.✨ What You’ll DoAs part of the Operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day operational services
- Planning and booking all non-accommodation services such as transfers, excursions, train tickets, and individual travel packages
- Ensuring all service requirements are confirmed, accurate, and correctly recorded in the system (Travel Studio)
- Assigning and coordinating drivers and tour guides for transfers and excursion services
- Acting as the key liaison between Destination Asia and suppliers, including drivers and guides
- Monitoring the execution and delivery of services to ensure they meet agreed quality and operational standards
- Handling operations-related enquiries professionally with both suppliers and clients
- Printing and preparing all operational documents, airport welcome signs, and Welcome Packs, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Monitoring and responding to office phone calls from suppliers and clients
- Recording, investigating, and reporting incidents, accidents, or complaints
- Liaising with reservation staff and partners regarding booking status and updates
- Ensuring all operational requests are processed within specified timelines
- Maintaining strong relationships with partners and suppliers in line with company guidelines
- Working closely with Travel Planners to ensure services are delivered according to company SOPsAssisting with special projects and additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound DMC, tour operations, or a related tourism field preferred
- Experience and knowledge of Japan destinations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends

- Good working command of written and spoken English and Japanese (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- High attention to detail and forward-planning ability
