Operations Executive – Subsidiary Department

We are looking for Operations Executive – Subsidiary Department to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in company formation, corporate services, and regulatory compliance within the UAE. This role will support the end-to-end processing of subsidiary company formation, corporate structuring documentation, compliance activities, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Company Formation & Corporate Structuring

• Assist in processing subsidiary company formation applications across UAE Mainland, Free Zones, and offshore jurisdictions.
• Prepare and organize documentation required for company incorporation and corporate structuring.
• Coordinate with government authorities, Free Zones, and internal departments to ensure timely processing of applications.
• Monitor application progress and provide updates to clients and stakeholders.

Proposal Preparation & Documentation

• Prepare client proposals related to company formation and corporate structuring services.
• Ensure proposals accurately reflect scope of work, fees, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of proposals and supporting documentation.

Compliance & Regulatory Support

• Assist with compliance inspections and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare documentation for inspections and audits.
• Maintain KYC records and compliance files.
• Ensure all applications and documents comply with current UAE regulations.

Application Management & Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate client records, corporate documents, and compliance files.
• Update CRM systems and internal databases.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on all applications and renewals.

Client & Internal Coordination

• Liaise with clients to collect required documentation and information.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams.
• Provide professional and timely communication to all stakeholders.

Post-Formation Services

• Support license renewals, corporate amendments, and other post-incorporation requirements.
• Assist clients with ongoing compliance and documentation needs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in:
• Company Formation
• Corporate Services
• Business Setup Consultancy
• Corporate Structuring Support
• Knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone regulations is highly preferred.
