Luxury Lighting Sales ExecutiveAt Hedes we create lighting experiences for some of the region's most distinguished residences, hospitality projects, and commercial developments. We are seeking a Luxury Lighting Sales Executive who understands the language of design, architecture, and high-value client relationships.

Key Requirements* Proven experience in luxury lighting, decorative lighting, chandeliers, architectural lighting, or a closely related premium interior industry.* Existing knowledge of lighting specifications, project sales, consultants, interior designers, architects, contractors, and developers.* Ability to confidently engage with high-net-worth clients, design professionals, and project stakeholders.* Strong understanding of luxury sales processes and relationship management.* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.* UAE experience and a valid UAE driving licence will be an advantage.

Responsibilities* Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, and private clients.* Generate new business opportunities across residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial sectors.* Present luxury lighting solutions and collections to clients and project teams.* Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.* Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of client experience.* Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
