Salary: R11,000 – R13,000 CTC

Duties & Responsibilities

A well-established law firm is looking for a professional, well-presented Receptionist with strong client service skills and legal environment experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• 2+ years’ reception experience within a law firm
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in English (Afrikaans advantageous)
• Own reliable transport
• Willing to work overtime when required

Key Responsibilities & Competencies

• Manage front desk operations and professionally assist clients (in-person & telephonic)
• Handle bookings and ensure boardroom neatness and readiness
• Perform general administrative duties accurately and efficiently
• Deliver excellent client service with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Maintain professionalism, composure, and a positive attitude under pressure
• Take clear, concise messages and manage workflow effectively
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management
• Work collaboratively within a team while meeting deadlines and following procedures
