Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to develop business opportunities for our cybersecurity services in the Dubai market, with a primary focus on selling VAPT servicesto SMEs, corporates, IT companies, system integrators, and enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in selling IT software, cybersecurity products, IT infrastructure, IT hardware installation, or related technology services. The candidate must be able to identify prospects, arrange meetings, understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads for VAPT and cybersecurity services in Dubai and UAE market.
• Identify and approach companies requiring vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, cybersecurity audits, and IT security services.
• Build strong relationships with IT Managers, CTOs, CISOs, business owners, and procurement teams.
• Conduct client meetings, understand technical and commercial requirements, and coordinate internally for proposal preparation.
• Present VAPT services, service benefits, methodology, and commercial offers to prospective clients.
• Maintain a proper sales pipeline with lead status, follow-ups, expected closing dates, and revenue forecast.
• Coordinate with the technical team for scope finalization, client queries, and project handover after sales closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop channel partner and referral relationships with IT companies, software vendors, hardware installation companies, and consultants.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements in the cybersecurity sector.

Skills

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of sales / business development experience in IT software, cybersecurity, IT hardware, IT infrastructure, or related technology services.
• Previous experience selling cybersecurity services, VAPT, managed IT services, networking, firewall, endpoint security, or IT infrastructure solutions will be preferred.
• Good understanding of IT decision-making process and corporate sales cycle.
• Ability to generate leads independently through LinkedIn, cold calls, references, emails, networking, and field visits.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must be confident in meeting clients and closing deals.
• Good knowledge of Dubai / UAE business market.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as VAPT, risk assessment, firewall, endpoint security, network security, and compliance will be an advantage.
• Existing client network in Dubai IT / corporate market will be highly preferred.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Additional sales or cybersecurity certifications will be an advantage but are not mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong existing contacts in Dubai-based companies.
• Comfortable selling professional services, not only products.
• Experience in B2B sales and corporate client handling.
• Ability to convert leads into confirmed business.

Compensation

Salary will be based on experience, market knowledge, and existing client network. Attractive sales commission / incentive structure can be offered based on confirmed business and revenue generation.
