Lead Brand Ambassador

We are looking for an experienced, confident and commercially driven Lead Brand Ambassador & Retail Team Leader ..take ownership of delivering an exceptional customer experience from our premium retail kiosk

This is a hands-on leadership role where the majority of your time will be spent engaging customers, demonstrating products and driving sales, while also leading, coaching and supporting a small team of Brand Ambassadors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Working with an innovative range of premium hair styling tools and complementary haircare products, you will be responsible for ensuring the kiosk operates to the highest standards whilst motivating your team to consistently achieve sales targets and represent the brand professionally.

Unlike a traditional retail store, this role is based on an open retail kiosk, offering excellent visibility and the opportunity to proactively engage with passing customers throughout the day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about both people and sales.
