We're part of the York Holding Group, known for its global presence and innovative approach to the real estate industry🏢 We're Hiring: Accountant & Administrative Manager We are looking for a highly experienced Arabic-speaking Accountant & Administrative Manager with strong knowledge of UAE government, taxation, and corporate compliance frameworks.

This is a hands-on operational role supporting finance, HR administration, legal compliance, and executive coordination within a fast-paced real estate environment.👉 Arabic (C2 level) and UAE government experience are mandatory for this role.📋

About the Role

As our Accountant & Administrative Manager, you'll be the backbone of our financial and administrative operations — working closely with senior leadership to ensure full compliance with government and tax regulations, managing accounting and legal processes, and supporting HR functions. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and knows how to get things done.

Location: Dubai, UAE Work Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday

Salary Range

7000 AED

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing day-to-day accounting - bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, payments, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Leading VAT registration and filing with the UAE Federal Tax Authority, and managing banking portals and KYC requirements
• Handling legal processes with local authorities - documentation clearing, trademark registration, and new corporate licenses
• Managing government, telecom, and banking portals, including KYC and WPSOverseeing office resources, supplies, and equipment
• Supporting the full hiring cycle - posting ads, interviewing, employment visa processing, and NOC submissions for freelance visa holders
• Coordinating with HR on attendance, payroll, leave approvals, and staff matters
• Supporting executive leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and project management
• Managing legal processes with local authorities, including documentation clearing, notarization, and attestation

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in UAE-based accounting / administrative roles (mandatory)
• Knowledge of UAE government procedures, compliance, and VAT regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel) and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
