Key Responsibilities

• 1. Admissions Management:
• Utilize your prior experience to streamline the admissions process efficiently.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of membership packages, fees, and club policies.
• 2. Communication Hub:
• Leverage your expertise to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Respond to inquiries promptly, delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Keep members informed about schedule changes, events, and other relevant information.
• 3. Batch Scheduling:
• Demonstrate your proficiency in coordinating and scheduling martial arts classes and events.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication of schedules to both members and instructors.
• 4. Day-to-Day Reporting:
• Leverage your reporting skills to provide detailed and insightful reports on attendance, membership, and other key metrics.
• Collaborate with the management team to provide strategic insights based on data.

Requirements
