Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Executive with educational and professional experience in the healthcare sector. The candidate will manage administrative functions, coordinate office operations, and support management with documentation, communication, and client services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative and office operations.
• Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
• Assist with HR, payroll, and employee documentation when required.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official communications.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare-related standards.
• Support management in operational and administrative activities.
• Provide primary medical support, First Aid, and handle basic medical services. Required Skills &

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
• Previous administrative experience within a healthcare environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalo.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• UAE experience will be an added advantage
