Ground Staff Customer Service

We are seeking friendly professional and customer-focused Ground Staff to join our aviation support team. The ideal candidate will assist passengers handle inquiries and ensure a smooth and efficient airport experience for all travelers.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates

Handle passenger queries complaints and provide timely solutions

Coordinate with airline and airport staff to ensure smooth operations

Assist with boarding baggage handling and passenger guidance

Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times

Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations

Prepare and maintain required passenger and operational documentation

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is an advantage but not mandatory

Freshers are welcome to apply

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Polite professional and customer-oriented

Ability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays

Team player with a positive attitude
