Golf Attendant

Trump International Golf Club Dubai is looking for a Golf Attendant to join our team.

Job Purpose

As a Golf Attendant, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional member and guest experience throughout the golfing journey. From arrival to departure, you will provide warm, attentive service while ensuring all golf operation touchpoints—including bag drop, cart staging, driving range, starter, and marshal services—are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by welcoming members and guests, assisting with bag handling, club cleaning, and general golf services.
• Prepare and maintain golf carts, practice facilities, and operational areas to the club's luxury standards.
• Support the setup and execution of golf tournaments, events, and daily golf operations.
• Assist with player check-in, course flow, pace of play, and educate guests on club policies and course etiquette.
• Maintain the driving range, rental equipment, and golf operation records with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure all golf facilities, including the cart barn, bag drop, and surrounding areas, are clean, organised, and presentation-ready.
• Provide support to other departments, including Food & Beverage, when required.
• Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures while contributing to a positive team environment.
• Qualifications & Experience1–2 years' experience in customer service, preferably within golf, hospitality, or luxury leisure in the Middle East.
• Passion for delivering exceptional member and guest experiences.
• Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn.A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
