Purpose of the RoleThe Personal Trainer is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and engaging training sessions while supporting members in achieving their fitness goals. They contribute to a positive club environment, drive personal training sales, and uphold high service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality training programs tailored to member goals.
• Engage members on the gym floor and provide professional guidance and support.
• Promote and sell personal training packages to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and results.
• Uphold club policies and ensure a clean, safe training environment.
• Complete session tracking, client communication, and required admin tasks.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of personal training experience (premium fitness environment preferred).REPs Level 3 or equivalent certification.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Knowledge of exercise science, program design, and fitness assessments.
