FS8 is brand new to Abu Dhabi and the UAE but Functional Fitness are not. Having created the two most successful F45 communities in Abu Dhabi, we believe that the heart of our success lies in the passion and dedication of our team. We are on the lookout for a Pilates Head Trainer to join our team.

Our next new superstar should not only have a passion for Pilates but be experienced with a track record delivering individual and group sessions. An individual who embodies Wellness and Fitness and someone who prioritises exceptional service and community engagement. Someone who thrives on inspiring and motivating others every day.

About You

The ideal Trainer is a caring and compassionate individual, fuelled by building relationships, not just with members but also with fellow teammates.

This person understands the importance of ‘hosting’ sessions over merely delivering them, giving clients and members enough personal attention to feel valued and supported as they pursue their goals through Pilates and FS8. Remembering names, using them often and celebrating achievements, big and small is the Functional Fitness way.

Our Head Trainer will be deeply committed to the highest level of training delivery with an understanding how results create a community mindset ready for success through consistency. They will be proactive in leveraging the Head Trainer’s instructions and strategies, collaborating with team members to continually drive service levels forwards.

They understand that fitness is about more than just workouts—it's about building a supportive community for both teammates and members alike.

Role and Responsibilities dedicated and passionate about Pilates, Wellness and Fitness. Committed to unrivalled member experiences authentically delivered through expertly delivered studio classes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong process-driven mindset and a genuine desire for exceptional service through coaching, community engagement and getting results.

Requirements

• Certification from an internationally recognized Pilates organization required.
• Certification from an internationally recognized fitness organization strongly preferred.
• Fitness related qualification of HNC or higher from further education institution desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fitness industry, with at least 1 year of experience in the UAE preferred.
• CPR/AED First Aid Certification required.
• Significant previous experience with Reformer and Mat Pilates alongside Yoga strongly preferred.
• FS8 Specific training and certification will be provided to the successful candidate.
