Sales Development Agent

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated B2B Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and promote Belmor's complete range of compliance solutions.

Key Tasks

• Generate, follow up and close new leads
• Work proactively with existing Belmor Solutions portfolio and new customers, with a planned schedule of visits.
• Consistently bringing new ideas to the table such as new industries and markets to target. This might include Healthcare, Industrial, Retail etc.
• Social media advertising and updates
• Follow up on social media and website enquiries
• Maintain client relationships and manage client accounts
• Respond to customer queries and escalate as appropriate including answering calls
• Follow up quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain an accurate CRM and sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide support and cover for other members of the sales team during periods of annual leave, sickness, or high workload.
• Other admin tasks as appropriate
• Generate timely management reports as required that will include pipelines, current portfolio revenue, revenue forecasts and identifying risks and opportunities with action plans to support.
• Knowledge and Experience
• Min 1 year of experience and excellent track record in B2B sales
• Experience in restaurant business or hygiene products sales is a plus
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
• Proven success rate in negotiating and winning
• Social media advertising is a plus
• Knowledge of various business network meetings around the UK
• High levels of energy, commitment and tenacity
• Ability to work on own, planning diary and working autonomously within your defined role.
• This role is predominantly customer facing but for lead generation and management reporting office space will be available
• Some understanding of the hospitality and food safety sector would be useful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
